About 2 weeks ago I applied in store for a contract on an Iphone 5. Everything was approved, and they told me that I would have my phone in a week's time. As I did not receive my phone I went and asked them where it is. With almost no answer the people in store told me that the couriers have it. When I phoned the couriers, the phone was never delivered to them. Saturday I got a call from the store, saying that my credit limit was too low and that I would not get the phone. After everything was approved! This is unacceptable. I live in a small town, surrounded by 2 other small towns. I will make sure everyone knows about what happened. I am thinking about going to Vodacom, as this is the worst service ever! I don't even pay for housing or food, and I get a good salary, with no bad debt or being blacklisted! I have been a prepaid client of MTN for almost 10 years, but this service is unacceptable!
