I have been trying to contact Cell Cs customer service and when I choose nine the system keeps saying that service is not available. The problem is my phone replaced by C sure but with the wrong one. I did not take that phone and they promised me will send the correct phone. Up until today I cant get hold of anyone to find out what is happening. The hea office gave me a another 011 16 number which does not work at all. When I get feedback and when will I receive the phone?
