From Friday the 8th March the cell reception has been extremely bad, service request has been lodged. I was contacted by a Vodacom employee and told within 48 hours it will be looked into. Today the 14th of March I have received 13 missed call notifications and have not been able to make one single complete call out. And now Vodacom cannot track the reference number they sms'ed me! I have had my line for 11 years with not a single missed or late payment. How can you run a business with no means of communication.
