How long must I hold!!! and then be cut off

I bought a phone for my mother in law and rica'd the sim on my name. She went to Belgium for 3 months and on her return the sim was deactivated. I called the call centre to activate the nr, but was given the 0821945 nr to phone. When I phoned the first time I was holding for 23minutes to be cut off, the second time for 29minutes to be cut off and the last and final attempt 43minutes to once again be cut off. They give you the option to press the # key and someone will call you back, but if no one one the active call centre line can anwser the call for a combined duration of 1hour and 35 minutes when will someone ever call you back? I think this service " if you can call it that is rotten to the core " SAs call terrifs is sky high and the reception and service is just getting worse by the day. I am going to cancel all my contracts, and I have 4 of them and go to someone else.
