I've been trying Vodacom's 082 1958 line for cancelling contracts for 3 days now and no one freakin answers!!! I've been on hold 30 minutes, 20 minutes. I don't know if there's only 1 person working there or what the problem is because all the other call centre numbers are answered quickly. There's not even a call back feature. How hard is it for someone just to call me back so I can cancel this contract. I don't have time to sit on hold for ages and this is the only way to cancel I've been told!!!
