I logded a complaint and my case was handled by Tanya Deane and she kept me updated on this matter, now this case is with Zanele and I cant get hold of her. i sent her email and tried to call her, was holding for more than 5 minutes waiting for my call to be transfered and i even left a message on monday but no one is willing to assist me
