I have recently placed a complaint against Bayport and Vodacom on Hello [URL Removed] I have since retracted my complaint against Vodacom who have reported that they have no history of me ever owning the cell phone contract that Bayport have been deducting off my account for 2 years.
I demand the following:
1. A full refund of the said contract
2. That my name is cleared on ITC Listing
3. A written apology from Bayport for the undue stress that they have cost me over the past 2 years whilst fighting for my rights on this case
4. I will not honour my debit orders for the loan outstanding in the amount of R922 per month until this issue is resolved!!!
Failing a win-win situation - this case will be taken to court under legal proceedings.
