I have copied previous correspondence see below:
1) The Case Task '15 Day Holding Email/Letter' has been allocated to you on Case 'MF-0000653913 Mc Dermott, Mr. Michael'. (This 15 day Holding Email has come and gone! Allocated 26 June 2013 person responsible - Megan Jordan).
2) Claim made and submitted 31 May 2013 - Reference 21256466. It is now the 18 August 2013. HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED!
3) First Hellopeter complaint 26 June 2013 (Carla Geelhuizen complaint forward to Marche Botes)
4) 24 July 2013 requested feedback from all above as to when matter will be resolved. Matter ignored!
Do I now forward matter to the ombudsman?
