On the 25th/02/2013 I complained about the service i received from one of the consultant at Bayport call. 3 minutes after lodging a complain I received a respond from their client notifying me that they received my complaint and they are busy investigating. While I was busy reading their email, I received a call from Thato who updated me about the progress of complaint. 15 minutes later the agent called me to apologise about her bad attitude while she was serving me. After speaking to the agent, Thato followed up and asked if I was satisfied with the outcomes or not. I would like to pass appreciation to the person with excellent service. Well done Tshepo keep it up and i'm sure Bayport is proud to have you as part of their team. Please continue to serve other customers the same way you served me.
