Good day. I am extremely irritated with Mweb. I have been with them for more than 5 years and have had a few problems with the internet but not major issue's. Now i see that Mweb has throttled my 1mb Uncapped ADSL line. This is horrific reason being im not getting this for free, i am paying a good amount of money for this line per month. I think its un-acceptable for Mweb to do this! The internet is terribly slow and im hardly even able to research information online reason being it takes 5-10 minutes just to load my specific web page. Something needs to be done.
I hope other people feel the same way!
