Please, please, TK/Cell, help me to resolve my billing issue. This is now the second month that I have billed incorrectly. I have been trying to rectify this since January with no absolutely no resolution in sight.
I cannot and didnot have any communication from the relevant personal from Cell C to assist with this.
This is the only medium that I have been promised some assistance as from the response above however this is where the promise stops.
Please would someone contact me after 16 h00 to discuss this. I am at my wits end and I really don't know where to from here with this.
