This was received from CellC last Sunday - Guess what - No followup - maybe Mbongeni does not exist
The above has been noted and we really not impressed to learn that you are yet to be contacted with feedback and a resolution.
An urgent follow up mail has been sent through to Mbongeni, requesting that he contacts you soonest. A verbal apology will be extended for the delay and lack of communication. You should hear from him tomorrow.

My response today: Debit order cancelled with immediate effect for the said contract. My number will be converted prepay. I will make a charitable donation to the Kloof SPCA of my monthly subscription on behalf of Trevour Noah until I receive a public apology on the CellC website to run for 7 Days. Maybe your PR department should be contacted in order for you to make an informed decision with regards to legal action. Either way this is not the end of the story - stay tuned
PS Don't contact Mbongeni - He may not respond too well to instructions.
