Breach of Contract: still getting billed

Firstly I would like to make it clear to who ever respond to these complaints on hellopeter are blatantly lying about feedback. Please see my previous report on hellopeter where it was said that I was contacted by Funiwe about the account query. I challenge Cell C or this spokeperson on the hellopeter website to supply me with evidence that I was contacted by Funiwe. How can you about this to the public? Have you got no shame at all?

Back to the issue. I have been billed incorrectly for a months subscription. I have inquired when the credit will be passed back to me. I have had communication with Ziyabukwa Ntantala. I am still struggling to get the details of my credit from her. Why is this such a big issue to deal with? Why why why???

To the public reading this... I would re think everything before you sign a contract with Cell C. I have never had such bad service from any other company in South Africa. This is my sixth complaint in a time of about 8 weeks. I fail to understand why this can't be sorted out asap. Yes Cell C is cheaper, but that's where the good news stops. They have bad signal, bad service, they publicly and dealing with them is a nightmare.
