No 3G AGAIN

What is going in with the 3G signal for Vereeniging? I had 'n good signal for about six months and all of a sudden we are back to Edge. It is also impossible to call the customer care helpline because no one ever answers the phone!
Once again I am paying more than R400 a month for an iPad I can't use. This is ridiculous!
