I took my ASUS Transformer TF300G in to repair section on 7th February and was told the non-functioning keyboard dock would be replaced and that I would get a quote for repairs to the cracked screen in a few days that would come to my cell phone. I phoned after a week and was told that the supplier was giving trouble and that I would get the quote the next day. I am still waiting just for the quote 2 weeks later. I have tried to phone the store on three different occasions and am placed on hold for over 5 minutes or else the person I need to speak to is not there. This is just not good enough!
