Waiting four months, still no watch

I took my Calvin Klein watch in on the 14/10/2013 for repairs. said it will be 6 weeks.
phoned 22/10 - still waiting for quote
04/11 - confirm quote of R655
29/11 - Jenna (america swiss) never confirm quote with repair shop
11/12 - long story - Mabatho answered, Jenna gone, will follow up
08/01/2014 - long story, waiting for the spares... another 2 weeks, every time they tell me it will be done in 2 weeks
17/01 - still waiting, phoned and said still no luck (Mia)
21/01 - phoned them again, still waiting
03/02 - i give up - almost four months to repair a watch. why didn't they tell me in the first place they don't want to do it.
i bought the watch at that same branch, that is why i took it back there.
this is really the worst service ever in my life from any shop.
its always - " I am sorry"
and they don't always phone back.
Please help! i want the watch repaired.
