Outsurance has not got back to me with a quote

I had asked Outsurance for a business quote a few weeks ago and had a long conversation with the lady on the phone. She was due to email me a quote but it never came. I followed up a few weeks later and went thru same process... same result!...eventually I complained via their website a few days ago. NOT A SINGLE CALLBACK. usually they are quite good but this drop in service is appalling
