Telkom is not providing as per agreement and no so

Telkom sold me a 10GB at a speed of 2048 kbps per month at a cost of? R600pm. According to the statement I have ADSL Faster. There is nothing fast about this service.

The other frustrating issue is that the person and office that sold me the product cannot help me. They just look at me as if I'm from a different planet. All they say is phone the support. That is a totally different issue, the "supposed" support.

I've e-mail proof of this as I've done the Telkom speed test.

I'm so unhappy with Telkom, or as I call them, "The Ghost Company"
