I have 6 contracts with Mtn, pay them over R2000 a month-never missed a payment or paid late-despite the fact that i got terrible service from them last year I still thought let me give them a chance. I wanted to do an upgrade and get a blue Samsung Galaxy S3-from where I'm standing it seems that MTN no longer wants my business. I have spoken to more than 2 people in their retention dept I'm even begining to decide against this upgrade. Called them this morning and when i requested to speak to a manager i was told that he is busy-till now (disgusted)... i can't really say I'm suprised or shocked but maybe this is sign that i shouldnt even go ahead with renewing my contracts with them. Well this is the last straw and i will be cancelling you coz it seems that you are forgetting that there are other providers that aren't gonna have an issue with the little request i have that you are failing to assist with.
