We have a monthly debit order with MTN. Every two months MTN cuts us off but there debit order has not gone off our account with sufficient funds in the account.
We then transfer the amount and go into the branch to be connected again. Then it takes them 3 days to connect the phone but the error is on there side.
The staff at Killarney Mall are also not the most helpful lot. This is day two and still no connection.
