I requested a Telkom ADSL line in May and cancelled it before it was installed. Then 5 months later I receive sms's from a third party claiming I have defaulted on my account. This is pathetic as I have never been a customer of Telkom! Look at my transunion report, the Telkom account shows late payments. How is this possible if I don't even own a Telkom line?? Have no clue on how to resolve this and to call the call centre takes over an hour! Thinking of taking furthur actions against this company! Totally ridiculous! And now we can't apply for a bond... Urgent feedback required from Telkom
