I reported a error on my account last week already.
I have received no response to date. MTN have been charging me for Black Berry services and I have been using a Galaxy for the last three months. I have asked them to reverse the fees and they have not rectified this to date.
MTN never informed me that I would be paying a Promotional Fee every month which I now hav e to pay extra.
I think this it totally unacceptable.
