Problem started when I was billed for opera 14 or something that was not aware of and referred to waspa who
Could only stop subscription but not say what it was or get my money back. I refused to pay my full cell c bill as I
Didn't know what I was paying for. My account went to legal but I did settle account hold never removed. Went and called to enquire about upgrade only informed about legal hold but not that contract or subscription expiring needless to say when legal hold removed and going back after third attempt I was informed that contract already expired and my bill went from. Approx R131 to R506 really is that fair. Bill me for what I used not for not informing me my contract expired and put me on normal rate.
