Neotel has become my NEO - I have recently been receiving bills way in excess of my normal usage. As requested by Neotel we have got an independent IT person to look at the problem- He found account / usage problems which has been reported to your personal. Neotel too have failed to respond or come back to him. we have spent in excess of 50 man hours trying to resolve this issue, To Date no resolve!!! the people at Neotel, M1 city, Durbanville offices, Head office, Call centre are simply failing to resolve an issue
How much longer must I go through this!!! Will I again get a standard reply? I have in excess of EIGHT reference nos.
