I would like to compliment Bafedile Hlahatsi for great service she provided on the 16th of October 2013. One of our staff members' child was sick and needed to be taken to hospital urgently. We however needed to sort out her arrears so her suspension could be lifted. It was only after Bafedile took up the matter that we made progress on the matter and the suspension was finally lifted and the child admitted to hospital. What impressed me most was that she kept on giving feedback and asking for more information, and elevated the matter until it was resolved. Well done Bafedile and keep up the great work!
