I noticed that I had a suspension date 26/03/2012 and called Lerato in the morning who confirmed I was suspended in error and then it was "lifted" she confirmed. When I arrived home in the aftrnoon this was not the case. I called again and spoke to another agent who advised that I need to change my smartcard which I have done now. First they told me they can't activate me and after much back and forth i was connected. I asked for a manager and he was not available. I was told this in the first instance by Lerato this would have helped a great deal.
