NO NETWORK AFTER PORTING TO CELL C

About 3 weeks ago i got the blackberry Z10 from Cell c and I ported from Vodacom to cell c. Its been a nightmare since then. Everyday or second day I have no network for hours. Nobody can contact me. I've been to the Local Cellc Office more than 10 times and they keep saying they logged it with cell c. I phoned the call centre more than 20 times and their technicians are looking into the problem. I have never been more frustrated in my life. right now I have no network on my cellphone and nobody can tell me what the problem is. I have never seen such terrible service in my life.
