I posted a complaint on Vodacom's Ghost numbers and contract porting/cancellation process on 22 Jan. So... couple of days later I get an sms to ask me to rate their customer care. I haven't even heard from them but they ask me to rate their service? No surprises how I rated them. On a scale of 1-5 you get a minus 5. Showing their real colours / total disinterest / arrogance? Do not even respond to sites like Hellopeter. What chance do you have when you go into the shops or phone? No assistance, no service, no interest!
