A debit order for my home loan repayment was returned by the bank four days after deduction from my account, which had sufficient funds to cover the debit order at the time of deduction.
I sent the bank an email about this earlier, but no response to this urgent matter as yet.
This is totally unacceptable.
I want my account rectified and the R115 fee reversed, or I will be taking my custom elsewhere.
