I had hoped that I successfully transferred my domain away from my current web hosting to Cybersmart on Pink hosting package. The automated email response to my previous emails had far lower-pathetic responses: "... is receiving our immediate attention". Where is the real service after you claimed to establish Cybersmart back in 1998??? This is a joke? Waiting for REAL assistance. I will REFUSE to pay the R74-10c till you clear up your pathetic services. What am I really paying for? This kind of service is like a 1 cent to me - very poor... will look to take up my domain somewhere else. Luckily I have backed up site from my other web hosting and stored it. Where are you guys? I think Cybersmart should not exist. Email to me if you can. Waiting on seven days, or else I lodge a complaint with Consumer Association.
