I DONT WANT TO RENEW MY CONTRACT!

My contract ends tomorrow, I donot want to renew, tried calling the contact centre they say cannot be done electronically, I have to go into a store, that is not convenient for me. Kabelo at the contact centre says "we can do it electronically but it will take up to 72 working hours and at the end of this you will still have to go into a store anyway, & you will have to pay for the contract untill end of March" This is unacceptable for me, I am providing you with enough notice to end this contract! I never went into a store to take the contract, it was done electronically so why should i go into a store now? b Further more i have been trying to call the Gateway (this is where i took the contract from) store from 08am this morning and no one answers. Can someone please just help me resolve this and my contract ends tomorrow, i dont want to pay until the end of March! Ref Number for the call 4021152. Kabelo was helpful and only advised the process but his attiude and advise was great.
