On 26 December 2013 I went to the Mtn shop in The Glen shopping centre, as the service centre in The Glen was closed. I wanted to apply for a mobile wifi device. The application was only approved on 28 December 2013 after I had to follow up. I could only go to the shop again on 31 December 2013. In the meantime I decided to upgrade to a Samsung Tab as well. When I went to the shop I was told to come back later as they are still busy with stock take, this after the shop already opened. I eventually was only able to leave the shop after approximately 2.5 hours with promises that everything should be working in 4 to24 hours. Well here I am today 3 January 2014 and still neither my wifi nor my tablet is working yet. Spoke to Tshidi at the same shop today, who promised me to sort everything out as the consultant didnt activate everything. To date I havent received a call from her. Phoned again and was promised that she will phone back in 10 min, that is now 45 min ago and now they are closed. This is the worst service I have ever received from an Mtn shop since I joined Mtn 16 years ago. Im disgusted.
