Avoid telkom mobile shop at waterfront

I had been a client of vodacom for the last 15 years (and never had a problem).

i recently switched over to telkom mobile because of the good (???) deals they offer on paper. the telkom mobile shop at the waterfront (cape town) handled the transaction to set me up with telkom mobile and to handle the transfer of my old vodacom number to telkom mobile (i run a medical practice and stressed to them the importance of a seamless transfer).

since then i have just had endless problems with the staff at this specific shop not giving all the required information and not submitting supplied documentation. endless visits to them and every time a different person and every time some problem (documentation as handed to them not imported into their system). over the last week and a half i spoke to 6 different people in this shop till i finally 'overturned the applecart' in the shop this morning! hopefully in another 48 hours i will have SOME results!

if you don't want to frustrate yourself, please avoid telkom mobile shop at the waterfront (cape town).
