POOR N IMPROPER REPLY

I made an application on 02 March 2013 for a third line. I was promised a call by 3pm the same afternoon. It didn't happen so I assumed they will call by the next day. I eventually get anxious and tried calling this morning. For a telecommunications company, I have to say the communication. I have been trying since 09.00am this morning. I am so surprised that in our modern world of communication we have to jump from tree to tree asking for service. I eventually got a call. To my surprise my application was rejected because I am a bad payer. How embarrassing? I called my Attorney who immediately did a check on me and mailed me proof that there are absolutely no bad records against my name. Can Mtn please verify how such a statement was made against me as I am rather annoyed that a stranger (consultant) can make such a remark against me.
You guys lack the professional edge. How about a more thorough check on an individual? Is there maybe another reason and you guys don't know how to explain.
I have asked my attorney to look into the matter as I demand an apology and a better explanation.
