Once again... I have noticed that the debit order has not gone off our account. I phoned the call centre today to query this and was told that their is a fault on your side with the banks, and that you are awaiting for the banks to resolve this issue, but when it comes to the due date on the 10th of this month and the account is not paid you will switch off the phone as per norm with the big companies. I dont care whose has done what should this phone be disconnected I will be porting our 3 cell phone contracts to Cell C. I am not happy with this
