Being overlooked by a trainee and his colleague

I have never been ignored like this in my entire life. Got to MTN to enquire about my upgrade. Greeted the guy (trainee name badge) twice. Firstly said hola, he didnt respond secondly said eitha, the guy just looked me. I was baffled by how he carried on with his colleagues talking about some girl (cherrie) as if I was not there. To my dismay I just left the store as I couldn't believe that I was ignored right at the counter. I complained on the MTN's website the next day and they haven't replied at all. I was so angry that I am thinking of not upgrading with MTN.
