The most worst and pathetic service. I gave in a phone for repairs at Menlyn and when I checked on it today they say that I have rejected the quote. WHAT QUOTE? Did not receive one on email and when asking the proof where I have rejected they can not give it to me as THE SYSTEM IS DOWN. No surprise there.
When I want to give in another phone they first do not want to give me a loan phone and when I demand that I need one they want to give me something that looks like it costs R50. This phone that I want to give in I made a call on on saturday and an hour or so later when I tried to phone again I am unable to as the speaker is all of a sudden broken. Nothing happened to the phone between the last call and the next one.
I have had enough of the pathetic services from Vodacom.
Sort out you problems and give me my proof where I rejected the presumed quote. If you cant I will take this even further. You can not phone me as I have a phone that is not working. They can email me on [Email Removed] as I want things on writing before they say that this or that was not said.
