I have been trying to get my sim for my contract since Dec 19. After promising to deliver within 7 days they eventually delivered 3 weeks later. However they delivered the wrong SIM card. I explicitly asked for a micro sim but they delivered the wrong one which returned and since then I haven't heard a thing. I have phoned their call call center and left messages after demanding to speak to a senior person with some authority. Not once have they called me or followed up in any way. This clearly indicates that they don't care about customer service or their shocking service that their customers are receiving.
I am now going to lodge a complaint with the CPA to see if that might help.
