Have been trying since September 2012, which was the date of my upgrade on one of the contracts, to sort out the problem I have with my phone with Autopage. Everytime I go in, at least once a week, it is a different excuse and more paper work to fill out. I never get feedback, Jane never bother to return calls or update me on the progress of the complaint. She has a very bad attitude towards the customers. I went into shop today to sign up another contract, and was literally chased out the shop and told to go to Cell C to sign up a new contract there. I do not believe this customer service, especially that I am already an existing customer for over 2 years. If Autopage are not willing to assist with these queries, I have no choice but to complain on line to get some attention. I was in the shop today from approx 12.30 - 1.30pm and every person that came in, came in to complain. I hope that Autopage will deal with my complaint and come to the party.
