I accidentally bought the wrong account. It was supposed to be one of their 4Mb silver promotion accounts. I only realized this a week later when I was checking my invoices.

Logged a support ticket and within an hour I had a response from Keoma. The account could not be changed for that month as their billing at already gone off but they offered to move me for the following month. Bear in mind there were a limited number of these promotional accounts available that could easily have sold out by then. Never mind how well they are priced and the accounts exceptional performance in comparison to my previous MWEB account.

All communication was a breeze and definitely one of the easiest ISP's to deal with!
