Incorrect Billing

Had a contract with 8ta from 2 year, expiring in January 2013, paying R500 for 500 telkom minutes and 200 anytime minutes.

Did an upgrade in December 2012 to the Smart Contract 4 with 500 telkom minutes, 200 anytime minutes 500 mb data and 100 free sms. I opted out of the device option, so just did a SIM Only Contract, This contract was R 295 for sim only option - I have the original signed contract with me. Telkom press release clearly states the amount that I should be paying

From the beginning of the new contract (January/February 2013) I was still charged the R 500 a month like my old contract. I laid a complaint in Feb, and was refunded, but every month they kept charging R500, I laid several complaints and was refunded for March and April., but still charging me R500 a month.

I have laid several complaint the most recent of which is ref 7119989 and 7134864 and both the outcomes state that the amount I am billed is correct.

Clearly the investigator does not conduct their job properly as the link above clearly states the amount I should be paying on the telkom website - Imagine That
