Continuous Account Debit on a cancelled contract

I had contract data card contract with mtn, which end in August 2013, however I made the cancellation in October 2013. My bank account was debit in November, December, January even now in February in was also Debited. I went to the bank in Dec to stop the debit. But the reference number keeps being changed by MTN in order to continue debiting my account. I want this to be stop because its affecting my credit record. It looks like I am not paying my account and yet I dont even have the contract anymore.
