Dear Cell C,
You provide me with a service & in return I pay you for services rendered. Since joining Cell C I actually do not know what I'm paying for every month.
Problems
Every call I make will drop at least twice
I can have full signal strength & dial my number from a landline & it goes to voicemail
I can have 3G signal yet my data speeds are unuseable
Sometimes I cannot even sent SMS's - they just fail
I live in JHB - not in the sticks. When I call your call centre I "recommended" to switch my phone on & off...
Please HELP???
I need a reliable service to do my job & your poor sub standard service is affecting my work in a big way & worst of all I'm paying for this poor quality.
If for what ever reason you are unable to resolve this or provide a reliable & useable service then I will need to cancel my contract based on non performance from your side.
I cannot continue like this
