Unfair account handling!!

So I have been a Virgin Mobile client for 4 years since 2008! After my two year contract ended in April 2011, I went into the store to decide on a new contract. I was not happy with the current deals on offer at the time, so I decided to take a new deal at Vodacom instead. I told Virgin that I would not be renewing my contract. They said that was fine, however I must pay my subscription for the next two months until the end of June! (Because I did not give them notice...) I had a big argument with them, and even put a complaint on HelloPeter to which they responded, and cancelled my sim at the end of April. I still had over R600 airtime on my sim due to it being a top up contract. I could not use that airtime because the sim was cancelled, but it was fine.

To the point.. I recently did a credit check on myself, and was shocked to see that VM had handed me over onto the credit bureau for the '2 months after April'!! I was and still am outraged! I paid them for four years service! After the four years I moved on. Then they hand me over for bad debt! Which as far as I am concerned, They actually owe me money for that airtime!

Very disgusting, stab in the back service! BE WARNED!
