I have/had a contract with cell c which early Jan2013 I called and emailed them to send me a settlement quote as I wanna pay it up, they did email the quote to me and on the 25 of Jan I payed the full settlement amount which was R735. After a few days I called again to find out if the money reflected correctly and if there are no technical errors and I was advise the money has received in their account and I will receive a call in 48 to 72 hours for someone to finalize and close my account.
As we speak I'm still waiting for their call, its over a month now. I then did a follow up call again where I was told the same thing. I've also sent countless number of emails to them explaining my request and everything I did and not even a single email response.
About a week ago I called through the call centre and requested to speak to a supervisor which I was transfered to a guy by the name of Lance, I explained the full story of what happened to him. He advised me that he emailed the specific people he needs to send to and will received the call asap, as we speak now I'm still waiting.
