On 23 Jan 13 I was in an armed and my cell was taken.
On 24 Jan 13 I received a sms on my other contract phone of high data R4600.00 usage, this was 12h00 I called the sender and asked the operator to block the data no0823311414 as well as the robed no 0827719027.
I did a sim-swap at Brits and asked the lady to ensure the data no is blocked. It was not and only the next morning had to call myself to get my no up and running.
I received a sms that my bill is over R11000, and went to Vodacom Wonderpark.on 11Feb 13 to try and sort my bill I paid my 2 accounts and launch a dispute only to find my phones are blocked to call but the data no is still open, Linda only then blocked it. On 22 Feb 13 Vincent from the data dep called me and I launch a dispute with him up to now i havent received any joy or reference, NOBODY ARE COMPETENT enough at VODACOM DATA OR ACCOUNTS to assist me with my problem. I got my phones up and running only to be blocked on 28 Feb 13.I know we live in the new South Africa. Can anybody @VODACOM please assist me.
