I have been a customer of the MTN network for the past 14 years, about 6 months ago i upgraded my contract and took a Galaxy S3 which has given me endless problems. It did not get any signal as well as could not register it self on a network, i took it into MTN Maponya Mall and it was sent in for a software upgrade. It took MTN 4 weeks to sort out this problem. I had to rebook my phone in yesterday because it now can not log onto the Internet and still has a software problem. I call 808 for assistants and all the supervisors are in meetings. I am a client and do not want to here about your procedure all i want is to call 808 and get my request sorted out. All i requested was for a loan phone as i am self employed and a phone is my life line. It has taken me the better part of half my day to get noting from MTN. You will be on the phone for 15 min an then it will cut this happen twice. Lebogan was going to call me back as a msg was left with Gift at around 14:30 on the 04-03-13 and still no call as i understand it was urgent. Please arrange a loan phone for me ASAP as it is not a want but a need
