I have had a contract with mtn now for a few years and since i took my new upgrade it has been giving me endless problems it has been in for repairs twice and 2 seperate software upgrades at blackberry buddies now i am so fedup because each time i have to sit without a phone for up to 2 weeks at a time and my phone is part of my work so i sit and loose customers and money.
i believe that a contract is a 2 way thing and that mtn needs to adhere to the promises they make when they bind you to a contract too and i am sorry according to me that has not been happening as now I am once again left without a phone for another 2 weeks
I hope that this could be sorted out asap
