Extremely slow response is experienced from Telkom. We are paying for 4M ADSL line for the past 5years, and never experienced relative good line speed!!! Lately more that one service request was logged with them, but still the line is extremely slow. All calls logged are just closed as been fixed, but we still experience the same. No on from Telkom even call us to explain the situation. Calls are just closed.
