Hi,

As part of my contract with Vodacom I get bundles for free minutes as well as data. I normally do not use all of these bundles and according to my understanding whatever is left is carried over to the next month, until it expires.

Why do Vodacom force me to first use my current bundles before I get charged whatever was left of the previous month??? Surely in a new month my usage should be "allocated" to whatever is left from the previous month before they start taking from the current month's bundle??? This has been happening to me since the contract was initiated and I am really fed up with this now, this is causing me a great deal of money. I have ALWAYS been a loyal Vodacom client since 2000 (13 YEARS!!!), however if this is not stopped I will certainly not recommend Vodacom and advise all my friends and contacts to rather use a different service provider.

I have approached different Vodacom staff members and no one can give me an answer... VERY DISSAPOINTING!
